DIVIO is conveniently located in the heart of Osaka’s central business district, Umeda. For the convenience of our residents, all rooms are fully furnished and are equipped with electrical appliances, household goods and kitchen utensils.

What makes you feel easy is that all you need to do is just checking into room and you are able to start your ideal urban life-style in a smooth way.  Very simple indeed and you are absolutely free from any hassle and struggle in making additional administrative arrangements usually required during the courses of house and/or room renting agreement process.  No question asked, it is much better inhabitable conditions if you compare our units with ordinal hotel rooms. Further more, you are entitled to enjoy our sliding room rent scheme in accordance with the length of your stay.

A periodic housekeeping service including your linen exchange is available and other hotel- like services such as laundry and valet are available for residents. Kindly contact our staff foe more details.

Electrical appliances such as AV, DVD, Blu-ray recorder, microwave oven, and washing machine with dryer are standardized items for our daily needs. Kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities are also provided for the convenience of our residents.

The following items are also available at your service; weekly room cleaning and linen exchange, high-speed internet, CATV etc. Weekly room cleaning and linen exchange, utilities, and the use of high-speed internet service are included in the room rent

In general, the monthly rent is less expensive than the total hotel accommodation charges based on the space availability should the comparison takes place between the hotel room and DIVIO’s service apartments unit.

A monthly contract is recommended for residents who intend to stay for less than six(6)months. A fixed leasing contract is recommended for residents who intend to stay for more than a year and the reduced pricing structure is applicable.
